Tea Time

So I wanted to start looking at some different teas. The first is a box sampler set by Celestial Seasonings, its a set of five different flavors.

Raspberry Zinger-  Iced tea offers a wide array of antioxidant vitamins, while raspberry leaf tea is touted as a natural remedy and relaxant agent. Black tea may be good for your heart. With each cup of raspberries providing 32 milligrams of vitamin C and 10 percent of your recommended daily intake for zinc and vitamin E.  (This tastes very much like blended up raspberries. It's sweet and relaxing. Great for a drink before work or on the way to bed)

Country Peach Passion- Peaches are natural cancer fighters (no to say this will heal cancers but it can potentially ward off the grow of cancer cells) Peaches help you to have healthy skin, eyes, lowers cholesterol, and helps anxiety. (This tastes mainly of peaches, though there are other things in this blend. This is really good with it's cold.)


Wild Berry Zinger- Health benefits of blackberries are helping to better digestive health, strengthened immune defense, healthy functioning of heart, prevention of cancer and relief from endothelial dysfunction.  Blackberries help in enhancing memory, weight management, keeping the bones strong, healthy skin, improved vision and disease-free eyes, normal blood clotting and may also serve as a valuable food during pregnancy owing to an impressive gamut of healthful nutrients. (This tastes the most like a blend of fruit. With the blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries shining through. It tastes the most like a punch)

True Blueberry- Blueberries have anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy properties. Blueberries increase anthocyanin in the body which can help with type 2-diabetes. (This tastes really good, of course it tastes like blueberries. I just really love the crisp tastes of blueberries, sweet and fresh)

Black Cherry Berry- Cherries help you produce melatonin which can help you sleep. Cherries are helpful to reduce belly fat, lower the risk of strokes, arthritis pain, and muscle pains after exercising. (This is smooth to me. It smells amazing and I do feel a bit more relaxed after drinking it. It is very cherry and sweet)

Overall this tea sampler is Perfect for summer tea. They're good warm or cold. If it's summer time when you pick this up I would say drink them cold as a substitute for unnaturally sweet drinks.
